The benefits of Molasses

Blackstrap molasses is my ultimate favorite sweetener, and I hope you get hooked on using it as well!

Why is it better?

As opposed to refined sugar, molasses has the power to naturally relieve PMS symptoms, stabilize blood sugar levels, improve bone health, treat symptoms of ADHD and boost skin health.

The health benefits of molasses include relief from menstruation-related problems, obesity, diabetes, stress, cancer, enlarged prostate, acne and other skin ailments, constipation, headaches and anemia. It also helps to improve bone health, electrolyte balance, hair care, sexual health, functioning of the nervous system, and wound healing. Molasses also helps to strengthen the immune system, maintain healthy levels of hemoglobin and aid in the formation of new cells in the body.

I suggest you either use it a sweetener or as a supplement – a tea spoon first thing in the morning with water and lime/lemon/orange juice for better Iron absorption.

Using it on a daily basis, I`ve witnessed my hair and nails to get ticker and my blood sugar to remain stabilized for longer after finishing a fruit meal.
