Vibrant bowls with goodness

They say, we eat first eat with our eyes, and I truly relate to that statement.

If you treat your body as a canvas of divine power, it will treat you divinely too!

Here are some quick recipes how to decorate simple foods so they look appetizing and, nevertheless, delicious!

  1. This one has half a cup of oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, soaked in hot water for about 20 minutes before eating, a dozen of prunes and a cup of frozen berries. I topped it all with a “banana mYlk”, which consists of one ripe banana and 1-2 big celery sticks.
  2. The salad you see is my favourite cooling dinner choice on a very warm day. Arrange your greens in a big bowl (a head of lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber), add a sweet fruit for texture – here I used peaches and raisins and make your own dressing out of blended parsley, one small zucchini, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and basil. Optional condiments: nutritional yeast and chilli flakes. Mix all the ingredients and enjoy the savory-spicy-sweet taste. Your buds will thank you!
  3. My primary fuel before dancing and working many hours has recently been oats topped with healthy fats like pumpkin seeds and almonds. They always taste better with some fruit so add whichever you prefer and save yourself the puss from cows milk by substituting with a non-dairy option like almond, coconut, oat, hemp or soy milk.
