As you already know, exersice is just the complementary tool for an optimal health, which depends intercheangably on your diet. Therefore, our post-dance workout ‘nutritional’ meet-up will be held at Jamba Juice on Bellevue Square (http://locations.jambajuice.com/wa/bellevue/131-bellevue-square.html).

If you have a set of light dumbells, bring them on, although it is not required!
