AddOnly few ingredients:
Four cups of arugula, one cup of raw peas, half of a large cucumber, frozen mixed berries, half of a cup of red grapes for sweetness, a tablespoon of cacao and cacao nibs, cinnamon. 🌺
Blend the ingredients with a cup of water (or non-dairy milk) and, voila, it is ready!
Optional: for extra antioxidants and protein, you may add a teaspoon of spirulina and a scoop your favorite plant-based protein powder (a chocolate-flavored works best).
