Filling Salad – How To

Salads can be filling, and without the animal protein 🥒

Swap it for broccoli, mushrooms and healthy fats

↪️ In this dressing I blended a quarter of a small apple (more than few pieces will make it too sweet) 🍏, few cherry tomatoes, one small zucchini, a tablespoon of tahini, two tablespoons of raw sunflower seeds, a pinch of Himalayan salt (I used #coconutaminos ) and balsamic vinegar to taste 😛
Optional herbs are black pepper and dried mint 🌾
Voila! 🐎
