Current schedule:

Monday: 7-8pm (Fremont Health Club) – Barre Physique (A Barre-inspired fusion workout with moves synced to music and dedicated upper body work using resistance bands.)
Tuesday: 5:30-6:30pm, YMCA (Downtown Seattle) – Rhythmic Dance Fit (Fusion of Hip-Hop, Latin, and Contemporary Beats)
Wednesday: 7:15-8-15pm, Exit Space School of Dance, Studio 1 (Green Lake) – Balkan Dance-Fit (Fusion of Ethnic and Modern Steps + Toning Sequences)
Thursday: 7:30-8:30pm, Compfit (Wallingford) – Lean&Tone (Dynamic full body sculpting exercises and mat work)
Friday: 9:30am-10:30am, Compfit  – Balkan Dance-Fit (Fusion of Ethnic and Modern Steps + Toning Sequences)
Saturday: 10-11:20 am, YMCA (Downtown Seattle) – Barre Fusion (Isometric exercises targeting the accessory muscles, improving your flexibility while torching major calories)
Sunday: 6-7pm, Arcadia (Ballard, 943 NW 50th Street), Balkan Dance Fit  (Fusion of Ethnic and Modern Steps + Toning Sequences)
