Turmeric Wonderland Recipe

Do you add #turmeric to your meals? Did you know it has superb anti-inflammatory properties that fight infection and strengthen the immune system?

It may not be the most palatable spice (it really is not πŸ˜€) but is just so good for our bodies that is worth the taste.
➑️That’s why I came up with this dressing combination: to give you a healthy and also delicious recipe.*IMPORTANT: the curcumin in turmeric is best absorbed in the body in combination with piperine, found in black pepper. And it is also fat-soluble so you need to consume it with a serving of healthy fats.

Two tablespoons of hemp seeds,

A teaspoon of tahini (even better will be few soaked cashews),

A generous bunch of cilantro,

A dash of mustard seed,

A tablespoon of nutritional yeast,

A pinch of Himalayan salt,

A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar,

A pinch of oregano spice and garlic to taste.Β 

Of course, we add turmeric and black pepper because it’s scientifically proven to be good. πŸ˜›

β€”~>> The base is spinach, steamed Brussel sprouts and few slightly warmed pineapple chunks.
