As a health coach, meditation practitioner and a dance-fitness instructor, I am not only living the lifestyle I am promoting, but I am also very understanding of my clients` struggles. I, myself, have struggled with disordered eating, low self-esteem, and depression prior to adopting the lifestyle I now promote in my programs.
My mission is to help people to become more connected to their body, mind, and spirit, and to create changes in their lives that stick: by becoming more confident, more mindful and more self-aware.
